Time to vote out those who ignore voters

Over two years ago, Floridian’s passed a Bill that Would Allow Medical Marijuana for Child Seizures.  Status: still not available. Why?

Cannabis is illegal because it’s a dangerous drug that destroys families – FALSE.

Cannabis is illegal because it can treat Cancer, PTSD, seizures, anxiety, glaucoma, and depression, which means no money for pharmaceutical companies. TRUE.

For those who hold elected seats in Tallahassee, the election of 2016 should serve notice that Americans are watching our elected leaders to see if they listen and hear what the voters want – failure to honor the desires of the electorate, regardless of party or how much money the pharmaceutical companies pay you to drag your feet and delay, we are watching and the longer you drag your feet it reminds all those who vote, that it only takes an election to remove you from office.  If you are confused in terms of how to implement, look at either Colorado, which has an amazing model, or Washington DC’s model where gifting an ounce or two is legal.

Don’t Floridians deserve the same legal rights as those who represent us in Washington DC have (Rubio and Nelson) or maybe use a better model (free enterprise) that Colorado offers.

With Florida’s failing Citrus industry along with the continued pollution of our land and water, Gov. (Toxic) Scott and Tallahassee’s leader’s continued refusal to hold toxic polluters accountable, which only further adds to the decline of Florida, why doesn’t Florida embrace Colorado’s model?

As reported in Time magazine: Colorado Raised More Tax Revenue from Marijuana than from Alcohol – over 70 Million in 2015, of which $40 million dollars goes towards school construction across the state.  Sounds like something Florida desperately needs.
